Megan offers individualized training, helping you identify your specific goals, and assisting you in working towards them.

  • Sessions can be offered via Zoom, at her home gym and depending on location and availability may be able to travel to you
  • Megan’s goal is to help you feel STRONG and CONFIDENT in both mind and body.
  • In addition to 1:1 sessions together, Megan collaborates with YOU to create a fitness and wellness program that works for you in the season of life you are in.  
  • MyCoach App access which includes access to unlimited voice & text messaging and provides accountability for your individualized wellness plan. 
  • Includes a complimentary health assessment and goal setting session, plus access to all live streamed and on-demand workouts
