Group Classes & Accountability

We recognize it’s not always easy to get motivated or find a consistency with exercise on your own. Our Wolfpack Accountability membership includes motivational live-streamed workouts, plus a focus on wellness habits.  A great option for those wanting to be part of an amazing group accountability program.  Drop-in options available for live and in-person group workouts.  

1:1 Personal Training

Looking to get started? Want an individualized training and wellness plan? Or maybe you just enjoy working out 1:1.  Megan offers both in person and virtual personal training.

#Run4Life Community Run Group

Our Portland-based community run group creates a space to help women find their inner runner, train for races and connect with other local women.  AND it also helps save live.
